AUSTIN WARD
Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Austin oversees EverBright’s operations and logistics, making sure every project is done right. He is a proud Tennessee native and military veteran. Outside of EverBright, he loves spending his free time hunting, being outdoors, and making memories with his wife and daughter, who are his world.
JAY TAYLOR
Co-Founder & Chief Administrative Officer
Jay oversees the administrative and operational side of EverBright, keeping a close eye on the numbers, logistics, and day-to-day details that keep the business running smoothly. Outside of EverBright, Jay is also a scientist at Vanderbilt, where he brings the same analytical approach to his work. He also enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
ASHER RANDALL
Co-Founder & Head of Marketing
Asher leads EverBright’s marketing and brand strategy, helping shape how the company connects with customers and brings the EverBright experience to life. He also helps oversee installations. Asher is a proud Tennessee native and outside of EverBright, he enjoys weightlifting, playing guitar, and spending time with his fiancée.
